Rudiger L. Will  is probably best known for his vast and considerable contributions to the world of high-quality tobaccos and pipes. However, little may be known about the man and the history of the company that he took over in 1988 by the name of Reiner, or the creation of the series of excellent tobaccos under the name Solani.
